Dear reader, on the occasion of a New Year , I would like to send a message that I hope will reach the heart of every person, and I believe this is the role of every writer, journalist and media person..!. which is: Be positive and remember that a little optimism can create a thousand paths to happiness and success, and plant a smile on your face and reap happiness in people’s hearts. 

Let us be positive people and surround ourselves with those who give us positive energy to continue life with all its difficulties. Because positive energy is one of the important factors that affect personal and professional success, as this energy represents a powerful source of motivation for a person and improves his mood and psychological climate, which helps him achieve achievements and successes in his personal and professional life. Positive energy directly affects improving and strengthening personal relationships, as it makes a person more accepting and understanding of others, and increases his desire to cooperate and communicate effectively with others, which helps improve the quality of life and achieve psychological happiness. Positive energy also helps improve professional performance, as it makes a person more productive and effective in his work, and increases his ability to endure and adapt to difficult situations and psychological pressures, which helps to achieve professional success and achieve the set goals.

 There are many ways to stimulate positive energy, such as staying away from negative thinking and focusing on positive thoughts and interactions, learning to control feelings of anxiety and stress and transforming them into positive energy, and working to improve mental and physical health in general. In general, positive energy is an important factor in achieving personal and professional success, and the individual must work to stimulate and improve it to make the most of his abilities and achieve the goals set in his life, and society in general must support ideas and initiatives that enhance and stimulate positive energy among its members. This can be achieved by improving the work climate and providing a positive and stimulating work environment for employees, encouraging recreational activities and positive hobbies in the community, strengthening social ties and encouraging volunteer and charitable activities. There are also some points that must be taken into consideration: 

1. Practicing gratitude daily Gratitude is one of the most powerful means of enhancing positive energy. Taking a few minutes each day to identify the things you’re grateful for can make a big difference in your perspective. Try writing down three new things you’re grateful for each day; it can be as simple as good health, family, or even your morning cup of coffee. 

 2. Focus on solutions instead of problems Often, when faced with a problem, we tend to focus on the negative aspects of it. Instead, try to shift your attention to the solutions available. Thinking about how to overcome challenges boosts your sense of control and self-confidence, and reduces the stress that can result from constantly thinking about the problem. 

 3. Practice meditation and mindfulness Meditation and mindfulness are powerful tools for calming the mind and clearing negative thoughts. Take a few minutes each morning to practice meditation; you can simply sit in a quiet place, take a deep breath, and focus on your breathing. Practicing meditation regularly can help you recharge your energy and reduce stress. 

 4. Take care of your physical health Physical health plays a big role in supporting positive energy. Make sure you eat a healthy, balanced diet, drink enough water, and get enough sleep. In addition, try to exercise regularly; physical activity releases happy hormones that contribute to improving mood and feeling energetic.

 5. Surround yourself with positive people The people we spend time with greatly influence our energy and feelings. Try to minimize your interactions with negative people and increase the time you spend with people who inspire and support you. A positive and motivating environment helps you build internal positive energy and makes challenges easier to deal with. 

6. Set goals and look to the future Thinking positively about the future and setting clear and specific goals helps boost positive energy. When you have a goal to achieve, you feel motivated and optimistic. Try writing down your personal and professional goals and breaking them down into small, achievable steps. Celebrating every small achievement along the way enhances your sense of satisfaction and happiness. It is also worth noting: We try to get rid of all the negative thoughts that nest inside us, as they will not benefit you at all, and replace them with positive thoughts and words of encouragement, as if you are telling yourself that you have always been able to achieve success before, you will succeed again in achieving it, and try to always look at the half-full cup, only then will you be able to achieve great success. Then the person feels joy and the feeling of happiness comes from within us and not from people’s opinions or surrounding circumstances, as happiness is a decision!!
